Catching Up with a Cold Weekend at LEAF

Even a cold, wet weekend couldn't dampen the spirits at LEAF this year. As an added bonus, Uncle Paulie joined us for the festivities. We were able to see a fair number of performers, heard some great stories from a fantastic storyteller and even managed to see some crazy teenagers ride the zipline into the lake!

We found a new tent at REI that managed to fit our entire entourage, including sleeping pads/bags, our duffle bags of clothes and NoJo's sleeping tent. The Base Camp 6 gets very high marks from our family.

And yes, it was pretty cold at night - but everyone in our family was bundled up to stay snuggly warm.
