Flying to WI

This past week we took a trip to Wisconsin to visit the Melcher and Zuehlke sides of the family (and the Torkilsons too, of course) for the Fourth of July. Instead of driving the 16 hours up there, we took a plane and only got delayed twice - luckily, they were delays on consecutive legs of our return flight and we were able to make our connection despite the best efforts of AirTran to extend our vacation with an additional day in Atlanta. Anyway, here's an indication of how our air travel went. We usually start our flights looking like the picture above. Luckily for our fellow passengers, however, we usually spend a majority of each flight looking like this:
