Happy Mother's Day!

Ready For Summer

We made it to the first weekend of the Farmer's Market and free music at Saxapahaw. The slip 'n slide and zipline weren't up and running yet, but we didn't let that stop us from having a great time - eating local food, drinking local wine and dancing to local music.

Beach Weekend

Early morning run on the beach...

followed by some kite-flying fun...
followed by a good night's sleep. All in all, a pretty good weekend at the beach. Thanks MC, Carter and Baby 'Weeza!

Earth Day

Sometimes Earth Day really is about earth - free compost from Daddy's work. We dumped a bunch in the back of the truck and used it in the garden, the planters and on the grass.
