Fireworks!!!

Before the feature entertainment, the local band entertained the crowd with some patriotic favorites.

Mommy and I are giddy with anticipation.
I even tried to distract myself by playing with Aunt Amanda's shoes.
At last! The pyrotechnic extravaganza begins!!! Happy Fourth of July!

Playing at Popi's

Once we got to Popi's lake house, we entertained ourselves with all sorts of diversions.

I made the friends with the local moose population.
Aunt Amanda and I did a little reading.
I did a little reading on my own.
